« Kazut de Tyr » is the travel story of three Breton musicians in the East. With this album, Gaby Kerdoncuff, Jean Le Floc’h and Yves-Marie Berthou testify to the alchemy of Breton music and oriental sounds and tribute to similarities between the cultures of the two regions observed during many trips. The modality and the 1/4 tone offer unusual sounds for our ears. The listening to the 10 tracks of this disc -in which words, music and stories mingle and entangle- gives us a total change of scenery. Without leaving, we wonder about the possibility of returning from this trip.
